The short version
MSM AI is the AI division of MSM, a digital services company that has been building and shipping websites, web applications and business tools for clients for years.
We started it because the same thing kept turning up in client after client. Work that used to need a person, a salary and a rota now needed a well-built system and a fraction of the budget. Most of those businesses had no idea. The ones who did had been quoted six figures by a consultancy to produce a roadmap and nothing else.
There was a gap between the two. There still is. This company exists to close it for people who don't have a technology department.

Anyone can produce a roadmap. Far fewer people will still be there when it has to actually work.
Fixed fees, because the hour stopped meaning anything
When a machine does in ten minutes what took ten hours, billing by the hour means charging you less for being better at this.
Some things should stay manual
Part of the job is telling you what to leave alone. There's a do-not-build list in every audit we deliver, and it's usually the most useful page.
You should be able to leave
We build in your accounts, document what we make, and put exit terms in writing before you sign. Keeping a client because leaving is painful isn't retention, it's a hostage situation.

If a project won't pay for itself, you'll hear it before you spend the money rather than after.
