Engagements
Each engagement is governed by its own agreement covering scope, fixed fee, timeline, access, confidentiality, intellectual property and exit terms.
Wherever technically possible, systems are built on infrastructure you own, and exit terms are stated in plain language before you sign.
Intellectual property
Site content and branding belong to MSM. Ownership of anything built for you is set out in your engagement agreement.
Liability
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific business outcome. Liability for engagements is limited as set out in the relevant agreement.
